The staff here were helpful and accommodating, providing us with free parking, and the location is great, just a short distance from the railway station and city center.

the hotel was in a marvellous location not far from the train station and grocery stores, bars and restaurants, the store and the tram stop and close to train station. the staff was accommodating & affable.

The bathroom was very dirty.

I appreciated my 3 nights stay at Smartments Business Mannheim Hauptbahnhof. the hotel is in a particularly good position, so close to an outlet and right next to the train station.

The check-in process was a breeze with the user-friendly machine, perfect for introverts like me. I scored a top floor room with breathtaking floor to ceiling views. The kitchen facilities were outstanding, complete with a cute dishwasher and all the basic necessities. The spacious room had plenty of closet space, and the aircon was a savior during the hot weather. The vending machines in the comfy reception area were a nice touch. The soundproofing was impressive, given the proximity to the railway and bus station. The mattress was comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to the city center. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the helpful staff made the check-in process smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays, thanks to the well-equipped kitchenette. It's a traveler's dream, especially for those without a car, with proximity to the train station, trams, and a Lidl supermarket. This place is really awesome! First of all, the apartments are super cozy and have everything you need. the location is spot on. It's just a short walk from the train station, which makes it super convenient for travelers like me. Plus, there's a tram station nearby, so getting around the city is a breeze. And let's not forget about the lounge area. It's so comfy and stylish, perfect for chilling out after a long day of exploring.

Now, I do have a couple of tiny gripes. I wish they had a kettle in the room.

The rooms are practical and affordable, equipped with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The bed was incredibly comfortable - the best I've experienced in any accommodation. The location is peaceful, just 1 mile from the Planetarium. The staff members are all very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment design was great, with everything I needed included. It felt like my own space, not a hotel. the bed was comfortable and the black-out curtains made it dark. the sound-insulating windows worked well. the location was also excellent, close to the Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance to the city center. the apartment was good value for money, and having a vending machine in the main reception area was handy.

Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.
